The need of ideal to start programmes in just about any organization is to enhance the abilities of the employees so that the overall performance of the company can be improved. The quality of the programmes can result in higher determination and fulfillment amongst workers.
The quality of the programmes depends upon Topic, Their Content, Learning Objective, Planning, Interest degree of the individuals per state, turn up percentage, communication and above all the trainers themselves.
The competency of the instructors makes the programmes more successful than any other elements. The knowledge foundation of the trainers, their expertise in training, training delivery skill, Articles designing, Communication & display, Facilitation skill all help to make trainers qualified and training programme effective.
Competency is incredibly vast subject material which in turn is definitely the combination of knowledge, Skills and Attitude. Precisely the same can be placed on trainers providing training Programs. This project is an effort to impirically study the competency of the trainers providing technical, cane, function and behavioral schooling. Through this kind of project we all will come across competent coaches and trainer those will need further inputs in terms of raising knowledge base and technological expertise. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
