ABSTRACT

The research titled " Profile, Beliefs Orientation and Work Inspiration of General public Elementary School Professors in General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite, SY 2012-2013” was executed in all grammar school teachers on the whole Mariano Alvarez, Cavite by December 2012 to Feb 2013. An overall total of 80 eight teachers were the respondents with the study. This aimed to 1) determine the profile of respondents with regards to a) age group, b) gender, c) detrimental status, d) educational attainment, e) duration of service and f) salary; 2) identify the level of beliefs orientation of teachers when it comes to personal values and professional values; 3) determine the amount of work determination of instructors; 4) see whether there is significant relationship of public grammar school teachers with regards to a) profile and beliefs orientation; b) profile and work inspiration c)values alignment and operate motivation. Depending on the conclusions, it implies that most of the respondents belong to 40 six years of age and previously mentioned, mostly were female and married. They may have Bachelor's degree in Education and Masteral units in Elementary Education and have been operating for of sixteen years and above. Many of them received a salary of eight to 20 thousand a month. Based on the findings, almost all of the respondents have very high personal values positioning and very large professional values orientation. The findings also revealed that most of the participants have quite high work determination. Results revealed that instructional supervision is drastically related to age group. Gender is without significant romance to the respondent's values orientation. In terms of personal, the result demonstrates it is substantially related to city status. In addition, it shows that there is absolutely no significant romantic relationship between educational attainment and values alignment of the participants. Likewise, the analysis reveals that length of support has significant relationship between values orientation in relation to federal government and lesson planning. Alternatively, salary and values alignment of the open public elementary school educators have no significant relationship. The result also discloses that the profile of the participants such as era, gender, detrimental status, educational attainment, duration of service and salary is without significant relationship to the respondent's work motivation. Lastly, the actual result shows that beliefs orientation in terms of self, instructional management, mastery of learning and training materials provides significant relationship to work motivation.
