With the wonderful influx of students, there were a tremendous requirement for classrooms. Beginning the year 2002, through the collaborative efforts of the faculty, personnel and officials of the PTCA headed by simply Councilor Gat Ala-Alatiit, fresh buildings include risen.
In 2003, a three-storey building with twenty-four rooms and two-storey building with 6 classrooms were constructed from the Local School Plank fund of Biñan underneath the leadership of Mayor Hermis Perez. On October 2008, Jacobo Z. Gonzales Memorial National Secondary school was known and granted as Child-Friendly Public School by Kid Abuse Elimination and Intervention Network (CAPIN).
In 2009, the college system centered on school-based administration trainings and programs pertaining to both internal and external stakeholders.
